Navy League Dedication to Joe Sacks, September 29
 Sacks Plaque with family
Navy Petty Officer First Class Chris Sacks and his wife Jennifer pose in front of a plaque dedicated in honor of the late Joe Sacks, Chris' father and the former Senior Director of Operations for the Navy League from 2000 until his death earlier this year from cancer. Joe's position included significant responsibilities in the construction and operation of the Navy League Building. He was enormously proud of the building, especially the patio outside the Navy League offices, which was dedicated in Joe's honor on the day he was interred at Arlington National Cemetary.
