Affordable Housing Partners:
This has certainly been a challenging time for affordable housing. Reductions in federal funding, State bond freezes, and the possibility of redevelopment elimination and the probability of redevelopment reform are making our job more challenging than ever before. It is critical that local government have a voice in these decisions and discussions.
