Local Unit Executive Committee End-of-Year and Beginning-of-Year Tasks

Put This On Your Calendar

Local units all over Fairfax County are in the middle of election season for new and returning executive committee officers.  This time of year marks the end of one school year -- and, fiscal year -- and the beginning of a new school and fiscal year. 

End-Of-Year Tasks

  • Review the Spring Activities For The Executive Board page on the Virginia PTA website.
  • Appoint/approve an audit committee or a professional auditor.
  • Complete the Annual Report (treasurer).
  • Elect and install the new executive committee.
