Greetings!

Along with the start of a new school year comes the Alumni Giving Annual Fund. We feel very thankful that so many of you have demonstrated your commitment to the school by supporting this annual fund as soon as it was launched.

I cannot express how proud we feel every time we are informed of an alumnus making a difference in their work field and in their communities. Each one of you is living proof of our commitment to our mission of building character and inspiring civic and social responsibility as we educate our students to become leaders of a multicultural, global society. This is why we are constantly incorporating advanced technologies and the latest educational techniques in our curriculum as well as renovating our facilities to continue providing our students with the best learning opportunities in a safe and appropriate environment. You would be surprised to learn that not only our students benefit from our educational resources and infrastructure, but also many other kids from less fortunate environments are taught off and on campus under our Community Service Program REACHOUTS.

The community will soon be considering a new Athletic Facility and a new Fine Arts complex which includes a 600 seat capacity theatre and professional band, chorus and practice rooms. As you may know, Carol Morgan School is a non-profit 501 C3 organization and tuition income covers only 95% of the expenses of operating a quality independent school like ours. This means that additional expenses such as construction and improvement of capital assets are not funded by tuition. We must therefore rely on the generosity and support of community members like you to guarantee that our students will have the best learning experience and academic excellence we are committed to provide.

As an alumnus you can make a difference by supporting our "Five Dollar per Graduation Anniversary Annual Fund". Every year, you just have to donate at least five dollars per year passed since your graduation. For example: if you graduated in 2001 you would donate a minimum of US$50 for the 10 years since your left CMS. This donation may be paid in cash, by check, or by credit card using the authorization form below. Remember that CMS is a 501 C3 organization and donations are tax deductible in the United States and the Dominican Republic.

People may change their name, nationality, team...but never the school they graduated from! You are and will always be part of CMS as much as we are part of you. Please support your school as the proud Shark we know you are and help others enjoy the best educational experience possible. Sincerely,
