The Truth is Only 3-5% of you followed a Crystal Clear Plan and achieved what you set out to do! The reason is always the same. A lack of discipline to consistently follow the Basic Fundamentals! 

 

I feel that excitment we had when we set the Goal(s) is long gone and if it did not produce a result quickly it was sidelined. This puts you in a Perfect Position to Achieve the same results or worse year after year!

   Let's get started! ACG calls this Evaluate, Plan, Execute! I will provide a list of the Eight Basic Fundamentals to Achieve Highly Predictable Results! What you need to do is get your Team together and Rate your Fixed Operations on how well you are doing each item. Use a scale or 1-5 with "5" being best!

This is the time to be Brutally Honest! If not... don't waste the time you have screaming customers waiting for you! So let's get to it!

Now as a Leader I would set a Vision/Goal(s) of what we need to accomplish (Basic Fundamentals) as a Team with everyones signature on the Goals that need to be Mastered by a certain date. The Key is to work on One or Two Goals at a time. 

 

As a Manager I would set up the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings we need for providing Feedback so we can adjust our Behaviors to achieve our Goals! Also as a Manager I need to be available for anyone on my team that needs additional instruction or provide a Trainer/Coach for them.
