Stock Order Performance Now as a Leader I would set a Vision/Goal(s) of what we need to accomplish (Basic Fundamentals) as a Team with everyones signature on the Goals that need to be Mastered by a certain date. The Key is to work on One or Two Goals at a time. As a Manager I would set up the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings we need for providing Feedback so we can adjust our Behaviors to achieve our Goals! Also as a Manager I need to be available for anyone on my team that needs additional instruction or provide a Trainer/Coach for them.
