 Electric Evaluation and Service
Once again, but you probably don't have to be reminded, this is one of the hottest summers on record. This extreme heat has a negative impact on all batteries and especially Industrial Forklift Batteries. Low water levels lead to insufficient acid levels, low battery voltage and over filling from those who do check the levels, all create situations where it is costing you through hard- and soft-costs. These situations create corrosion build up from over filling, premature failure of the battery, contact tips, control boards, motor brushes and much more. Now through September 30, Tri-Lift offers its Summer Time Electric Truck Special were we will:
- Complete evaluation of battery
- Pressure wash and clean corrosion and debris from battery
- Load test with computerized load bank systems
- Clean and paint battery compartment with non-conductive material
- Lube any rollers in battery compartment
- Quote any necessary repairs before performing additional work.
- Perform a complete evaluation of all electrical components.
