Greetings!
Welcome to summer in Puerto Vallarta. We are enjoying the refreshing rains, which have washed everything clean of dust. The Cuale River is full and flowing; the river sounds are wonderful, and we have a front row seat here at Rivera Cuale. As always, once the rains began, everything is again lush and green; there are flowers blooming in riots of color everywhere you look.
We had a busy June. Our very first resident, who had bought a limited edition 2 bedroom and loved it so much, decided she wanted even more. She listed her condo and in less than two months she accepted a full price offer. Congratulations to Petra, who is now happily designing the interior of her new larger two bedroom. This was our last full size two bedroom condo. We are pleased to welcome a delightful family from Guadalajara as the new owners of the limited edition two bedroom resale. We have only one more of this Type D floor plan available.
Our other newest owners from Chicago just took possession of unit 604, and they are beyond ecstatic with the results. They are busy furnishing their condo now.
Two more units are nearing completion and will soon be ready for their new occupants to enjoy. All of our new owners are very excited to see their beautiful new homes taking shape.
