New Terrace Roofs for Units 802 and 803
We have only two "Type B" 2-bedroom, 2-bath + den units left for sale at Rivera Cuale, and way up there on the 8th floor, they are getting a little lonely, waiting for their new owners to come home. Good thing they are side-by-side and can keep each other company into the evening as they watch the sun go to sleep over the beautiful Bay of Banderas.
Speaking of these two units, we're announcing a new option we have for their terraces! If you visited unit 802 or 803, you may recall that there was relatively little cover over the terrace, and as much as you loved the view, you weren't sure about sitting in the hot afternoon sun. Well don't despair! We are now offering the option to have a roof over the terrace, creating a lovely overhang that gives you sun protection and additional privacy. There is only one catch! Since these units are side-by-side, they must have the same type of terrace roof to maintain uniformity across the building facade. This means, the first person to buy one of these gorgeous homes gets to make the decision for both himself or herself, and for their future neighbor. Wow, no pressure, right? Since we started showing this option to our daily visitors, interest has been increasing and these units might not be available for much longer. We're just sayin'... | Open House by Owners in Review
On January 12th, Rivera Cuale owners generously opened their homes for visitors to tour during our Open House. About 40 guests enjoyed a glass of wine and socializing in our 3-bedroom model unit before meandering through the open 1 and 2-bedroom homes of several of our owners. Guests had a chance to chat with residents, hear their stories, see how they had personalized their homes, and all in all get a peek into the wonderful lifestyle they enjoy at Rivera Cuale.
We sincerely thank our owners for welcoming these guests into their private homes, and we know that the guests took with them some great memories and valuable insight from this experience.

| Rivera Cuale - A Foodie's Paradise?

 Is, Rivera Cuale, a foodie experience? When I speak about Vallarta, it's hard to decide where to start. It is a thriving city full of cheerful people that every day get to wake up and enjoy the many beauties this wonderful town has to offer. One great example of that is our food. Our city's purveyors of culinary delights range from the well known to the well hidden in the many local neighborhoods, and our own Rivera Cuale neighborhood of Emiliano Zapata is no exception.
Celia's Diner, located on Lazaro Cardenas, between Camichin and Naranjo streets, offers a great selection of traditional Mexican dishes. Their superb cooking touch and authenticity are clearly appreciated by the many locals who regularly fill their seats. I highly recommend their Gorditas, a different and very tasty version of soft tacos.
