Introducing the Owners

Featured Unit!

Last month we announced the new Type E 2-bedroom, 2-bath units, affordably priced starting under $200,000 USD. This month, we feature a very special unit in this new layout, unit 501-B.

Located on the 5th floor, this fantastic corner unit offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. Its newly extended, extra long balcony offers you a good sized outdoor living area and beautiful vistas, including a partial view of the sparkling Bay of Banderas. The living room features two walls with sliding doors, and the master bedroom also has sliders and a Juliette balcony. Enjoy panoramic mountain views from every window in the condo! The unit of course includes a high-end kitchen, and a laundry room as well.

Bright and airy, 501-B has it all, and at an amazing price of only $218,000 USD. The unit is also available in a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout for $15,000 USD less.

Greetings!

Happy New Year! We hope you enjoyed the holidays and wish you our best for a wonderful year ahead.

Puerto Vallarta is full of vacationers who have traded in their snow covered yards for sun washed beaches. The atmosphere in town is festive, and the new Malecon is a hit, with throngs of happy people strolling along the oceanfront taking in the new design and gorgeous scenery. Kind of makes you wish you were here, doesn't it?

Never one to be idle, Rivera Cuale has been keeping busy transforming visitors into proud homeowners. Our newest owners from Salina, Kansas knew a great deal when they saw it and moved quickly to make unit 404-A their new home. Another new owner from Vancouver, BC just took possession of the smaller but mighty studio unit 102! Congratulations and welcome to both parties!

Introducing the Owners Part Three

Paul and Rachel

So often, visitors to Rivera Cuale - maybe even you - have asked us, "Who are your owners?" We have introduced many of them in past newsletters, and if you missed that, check out Part One and Part Two. Today we're pleased to introduce more of our latest owners, who graciously shared their stories with us.

Paul Theoret and Rachel Lepitre are from Saint-Chrysostome, a small village South of Montreal in the province of Quebec, Canada. Here is what they had to say:

Why did you fall in love with Vallarta and want to move here?

Climate is great (as compared to Canada this time of the year) and the area is cozy, overflowing with sympathetic people. Cost of living is low and services are available and excellent.

Why did you choose Rivera Cuale, as opposed to other possibilities in the area?

This place is gorgeous and superbly well built (I am a retired engineer, I really know). There is nearly always a cool breeze sweeping across the building and there is a breathtaking view of the cascading Cuale River. The developer's will to create an ecologically oriented design appealed to us.

What do you love most about Rivera Cuale?

Comfortable and safe. A very good investment. Administration personnel are very helpful and friendly.

What do you like about the area Rivera Cuale is in?

There is an old town flavor such as in the old town sectors of big cities in Europe. Friendly neighbourhood merchants, lovely families, church-going people, rustic and slow way of life, etc.

Additional comments...

We were both raised in rural areas during the 1950s. We have the distinct feeling of recapturing a lot of the charm from that era in Vallarta. It is a wonderful feeling. Also, as we are both retired, what's better than a six month vacation in Vallarta followed by a six month vacation in rural Canada.

We appreciate your continued interest in Rivera Cuale! As always, we are here to help with any questions you may have, and we welcome your comments on our newsletter.

Sincerely,
