Quad-O-Rama with Theresa Elliott Sunday evenings, June 5 and 19 5:45pm - 6:45pm, $15 drop-in Are you a weekend warrior? This class will focus on the much used and abused legs. Deep stretches for the quads, iliotibial bands, psoas, calves and ankles are all "fair game" in this class.
Make it a double header and stay for the Restorative class with Lisa Schmidt from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
Restorative Yoga with Lisa Schmidt Sunday evenings, June 5 and 19 7:00pm - 8:15pm, $15 drop-in Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and renewal. Blankets, bolsters and other props safely support the body in various postures that allow the body to move toward a state of balance.
