The Iran Dilemma:
CONFERENCE CALL TODAY @ 2pm

With differing reports circulating about what Israel and the US are really prepared to do about Iran's nuclear program, our own Israel Action Network tries to sort it all out.

In light of this ongoing discussion and the terror attacks in Delhi and Tbilisi, please join us TODAY at 2:00pm for a tele-conference with Moshe Arens, to discuss the range of options available to Israel and its allies in preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons capability.

Although most communities have strong relationships with their local partners in the Presbyterian church,  Philadelphia being a prime example, a small and vocal group seems insistent on pushing the boundaries of honest debate when it comes to Israel.  See JFNA's  Israel Action Network report on this troubling reality and Jonathan Tobin's article from Commentary.  Stay tuned for more developments on how more moderate voices are trying to influence the larger church membership.

Clarification for CNN (Seeing how the other shoe fits)

CNN has had rumors flying about for the past few days related to reports that it fired all of the Israelis from its Jerusalem bureau. On the one hand, we are pleased to report that this is not the case.  But on the other, many are amused that this is happening to an organization that is often on the wrong side when it comes to reporting assumptions about Israel.  Please see this HonestReporting.com investigative report for more details.
