I'm letting it all hang out since, I have to tell you, it's time we tried something way new and way different.

Monday, Jan Schakowsky gave a great call-to-arms speech at her annual Power Lunch.

Today, I'm hoping that the 1700 women, and the "secure men," (as Jan put it), who heard Jan's remarks, take her call-to-action to heart, gather others, and start organizing along this new way.

Here is what I think needs to be addressed.
