 Quilts @ the Library
quiltDid you know that the Manchester Branch Library hosts a year-round display of quilts by local artists?

At any one time, three to five quilts are displayed. The quilts change with the seasons, so a wide variety of local artists are featured. For more information, contact the Manchester Library at 360.871.3921.

Don't miss this wonderful display!
Better Than a Post-it Note
reminderWould you like to know what events are going on at your library this week? Or where to find a storytime in the coming week?

Our website calendar allows you to do that. Go to our calendar. Under the month view at the upper left side of the page, select the criteria you'd like to use to create your custom calendar. For example, you may only want to see the events at your home branch, or only children's events at your branch, or only film events at all branches. As you set each search filter, the calendar page will reload based on that filter.

Above the list of events, you'll see three options in blue. Click 'subscribe' to have KRL generate a weekly e-mail notifying you of all events for the week that match your specified criteria. Or you can select all events in the list, click the 'add to my calendar' button and add the events to your Outlook, iCal or online calendar on Google, Yahoo, or Facebook.

You won't ever miss another event!
