Please join us as we welcome Jill Reffett, Area Director from Special Olympics Illinois. Jill will discuss the outstanding program that serves our area athletes who have special needs. This is a great precursor for the Special Olympics Basketball Tournament we will be hosting on Sunday, December 11th. (Are you signed up to help?) Plus, it give us an opportunity to donate the $150 we raised during the November 18th Big Basketball Preview. Additionally, we'll have the November Youth of the Month presentation and recognize the achievements of Coach Rich Meyer and the Quincy Notre Dame High School 2A Volleyball State Champions. All good reasons for you to join us Friday at Quincy's Finest Hour.

| Congratulations to Dan Brink and Ric Hinkamper - both were inducted into the Quincy Notre Dame Hall of Fame. Ric as an individual (for his accomplishment on the football field) and Dan as part of the 1978 State Championship Soccer Team... My good friend John Tripp is certainly smiling down at me this week - an Exchangite the week after no meeting. I don't get it but John always told me it was important "to keep the boys informed" and that repetition was good. I do out of respect for him... That's all for now, 'til next time, may God's love, grace, and peace be with you and the ones you love. |
