Florida Citrus Commission Cuts Taxes; Hears of Abscission Rift
A 2-cent-per-box tax decrease ordered this week for the Florida Department of Citrus (FDOC) will offset a 2-cent-per-box tax increase that growers will pay next season to fund research for HLB and other serious diseases. Learn more. In other FDOC news, a rift between long-term partners abscission chemical CMNP developer AgroSource and the FDOC came to light at Wednesday's Florida Citrus Commission meeting. Citrus Industry magazine's Ernie Neff has the story.
