on Numeric Nutrient Criteria

The U.S. House of Representatives last weekend acted to halt EPA implementation of Numeric Nutrient Criteria in Florida. Florida Citrus Mutual CEO Mike Sparks gives Florida Congressman Tom Rooney credit for leading the effort in the House and points out that similar Senate action is needed to stop the criteria that Florida agriculture says would be extremely expensive for farmers to implement.
