Google Earth 6.2 Launches with Smoother Look and New Google+ Sharing Features
Everyone's favorite mapping mogul, Google, upgraded popular Google Earth to version 6.2 this past month with a sleeker design and new sharing capabilities.

The land looks less patchy and gives a nicer, prettier feel to the simulated globe. Go to your favorite destination and be amazed that it looks realistic and not a mismatched, multicolored maze.
Go down far enough and you can see 3-D trees and certain buildings using StreetView.

On Google+? New 6.2 version let's you share your favorite destinations, dream spots and current destination to your feed for your circles to see.
This is great news for Red Hen, because we will soon release an update of our own with MediaMapper IsWhere Video, a Google plugin that lets you trace a GPS track through the Google Earth interface. Google Earth's update will make the Iswhere experience more enjoyable with the sharing option and a smarter looking path.
Businesses and data collection industries using the social network have a new way to share conference locations, view of facilities and missions in a put-together, interactive program.
