Dear Chamber Members,

In today's challenging times, it's more important than ever for leaders to keep their fingers on the pulse of their organizations. Knowing how employees feel about their work and your organization can provide a roadmap for improvement, and foster employee satisfaction, productivity, communication and retention. NOT knowing can be a recipe for disaster.
By participating in Best Companies to Work for in Colorado, you have an opportunity to
BUILD a CULTURE of ENGAGEMENT.
For more information and to show your employees that their feedback matters, both in good times and in challenging times, visit www.coshrm.org.
