Cat Heartworm:  The 2012 recommendations from the American Heartworm Association is that cats should be  receiving monthly heartworm prevention. They state that even indoor cats can be at risk of getting heartworm.

A Back Stretch for Dogs and Cats     


A comfortable back stretch for small dogs and cats is
a two handed lift and stretch. For larger dogs, standing on the rear legs as one lifts partial weight off of the paws is another back stretch technique.
