The Cumberland Valley School of Music is proud to present a concert by the Tactus Piano Trio of Goshen College, featuring Anna Showalter on piano, daughter of Linden and Ruth Showalter of Waynesboro, PA; Leslee Smucker from Goshen, IN on violin; and Peter Miller from Evanston, IL on cello. Anna Showalter is a junior at Goshen College, majoring in both music and history. She began her piano study at the Cumberland Valley School of Music with Mrs. Julia Emig, where she was a merit award winner, and is currently studying under Dr. Matthew Hill. She also attended the Crescendo Music Festival in Sarospatak, Hungary studying with the German pianist Martin Helmchen.
