Massage therapy and Rolfing Structural Integration are non-invasive and drug-free. Our hands-on techniques often relieve pain in only a few sessions. PIP Auto Insurance is required to cover massage therapy when prescribed. At a fraction of the cost of a pain clinic, these approaches won't drain your benefits as quickly.

Friends Don't Let Friends Go To Pain Clinics
They promise you a lot, including a "free" consultation/evaluation.
Don't be surprised, however, if they bill your PIP insurance for this "free" first visit.
PIP Insurance policies have a limited amount of funds.
When patients are scheduled three times a week for the expensive treatments typical at many pain clinics, their benefits can be exhausted in as little as two months. While these treatments may provide some temporary relief, they do little to address the underlying muscle damage causing the pain.
NO medication, NO surgery, NO gimmicks of any kind, and first consultations are FREE!
Call to schedule your free consultation and get back on the road to a real recovery. 407-704-8867.

All About Acupressure
Acupressure is an ancient healing art using the fingers to gradually press key healing points. Developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago, Acupressure uses the power and sensitivity of the hand. Releasing tension, increasing circulation and reducing pain makes Acupressure an effective in the relief of stress-related ailments
Acupuncture & Acupressure use the same pressure points and meridians. Where Acupuncture employs needles, however, Acupressure uses gentle to firm finger pressure. When these acupressure points are stimulated, they release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood, and enhance the body's own natural healing abilities.
A great deal of research has shown the benefits of acupressure, including:
- Improving Insomnia.
- Reducing Chemotherapy-Related Nausea.
- Improves Breathing and Shortness of Breath, Especially in Patients Pulmonary Disease
- Decreasing Stress.
- Reducing Anxiety.
- Reducing Back Pain.
- Reducing Heart Rate.
- Reducing Labor Pain and Duration.
- Relieving Menstrual Cycle Related Discomfort.
- Improving Circulation.

Lu Emphasizes Focus on Advanced Bodywork
We have worked hard to build Balance's reputation as the place for resolving chronic pain and tension. And with so many talented and ambitious therapists on staff to handle the massage appointments, owner Lu Müller-Kaul can re-emphasize her role as Balance's Bodywork Specialist.
Since the beginning of this year, Lu has been in such high demand for Rolfing Structural Integration work and symptom-oriented treatment sessions that she is no longer able to accept new massage clients.
Combining her education and experience as a Naturopathic Physician and Being in Balance Exercise instructor in Germany along with the advanced bodywork and diagnostics training of Rolfing, Lu is able to offer detailed and informed consultations that include an analysis of posture and movement, explanations of medical reports and your doctor's diagnosis, and advice on what stretches and exercises you can do to help yourself.
If you're looking for great deep tissue work, relaxation or stress reduction book with any one of our excellent therapists. But if you have some thing unusual that keeps coming back, or a chronic issue you feel was never properly resolved, come see Lu for a free consultation.
Pricing for Advanced Bodywork
**Rolfing sessions cost $110, but Lu also offers half hours for symptom-oriented bodywork for $50. **You can always come in for a free consultation (10-20min), and if you're new to Balance, you can add a 30-min treatment for just $40.
**Balance Massage Members get free mini-treatments from Lu whenever they need them - her soft-tissue manipulations can free up blockages.
