Open Hands
We have had many God moments happen as we pursue the camp vision and adjust our lives around Him.  We have confirmed that God is calling us to take the next step and get experience at other Christian camps while helping others. 
 
If you know of anyone who is working at a Colorado camp or one in the surrounding states, we would love to ask questions and possibly help there for the summer.  Please see below link from CCCA for a list of member camps.
 
Praise God for our affiliation with the Christian Camping and Conference Association(CCCA).  We would like to go to network and learn more at the Rocky Mountain Regional meeting in Winter 2009.  Many reps from local camps will convene to share ideas and experiences.

We apologize for the delay in sending out a prayer update. We have been waiting to announce that we are submitting the paperwork for final approval for 501c3 status!
 
The last two months have been full with kids, Daren's appointments and connecting with some wonderful people.  All have a heart for ministry and want to jump in when the timing is right and some connections are with those who are already in camping.  God has proven faithful each step of the way as we reach out to others to discover where God is working.
Please pray:
*Pray against the enemy's schemes and discernment to press forward
 
*For clarity as to which camps to work at in Colorado for Summer of 2009 and financial provision to go
 
*For clarity if God wants us to pursue the Wilderness property which has the potential to fund the camp through division of acres and investment of land
 
*For clarity to pursue a large ranch in the state that has no buildings, but has been offered for use as a youth camp
 
*For God's will to happen as we send in the application for the 501c3 this week
 
*For an accountant, attorney and others specialized in a trade to join our advisory board.
 
*For Daren's complete healing and favor of worker's comp details
