Our Biochemistry
Your choices of food right now may be quite different from choices that you have made in the past.
I tell my clients to see the biochemistry in their bodies as the audience in a huge football stadium. There are the really loud, boisterous fans for the current biochemistry in your body and then there are a small group of dedicated fans over in the corner that are really happy and blissful and making a lot of noise too. These guys represent the new biochemistry that is trying to come in. They might not thrive on hotdogs and soda pop! They may be wanting something else. We have to develop discernment to figure out what the minority fans want so that we can help them become the majority.
My essences SUGAR CRAVINGS, PHYSICAL BODY SHIFT, NOURISH THE ONE, FLOWER POWER and others are absolutely wonderful for helping the body "find" the blueprint that will help us choose the foods that are right for us.
The apple blossom (see photo above) flower essence is an important component of the essence SUGAR CRAVINGS and helps us change the patterns in our lives that we thought led to sweetness often those patterns developed as children and the way to emotional or other kinds of sweetnesses needs to be repatterned!

Hi Everyone!!!
Last night I had a dream that had a real impact on me. I was on a bicycle and had come to what I knew was "my bridge." What was amazing was that it was a really strong bridge. I understood that it was a bridge of transformation. It was clear that this bridge could handle four lanes going both ways and really large vehicles. At the moment though, it was just me crossing and there was still some construction going on, so I was still weaving my way around some obstacles. It was fairly easy going but a little tricky in a couple of spots. At the end was a powerful man who had been working on construction of the bridge on the side further away from "my side" and he said with what I could see was the deepest respect to me "you made it." This powerful man reminded me of Merlin - the magician - pictured above.
When I awoke from this dream, my reflections centered around the strength of that bridge. How do we make our bridges of transformation that powerful? Right away I heard my divine guides say that our bridges of transformation are as powerful as our commitment to them. For me, 34 years of spiritual practice which include yoga, meditation, energy healing and flower essence therapy has built this bridge. Building bridges is not just about ourselves. In order to cross this bridge you need to help others. Choosing ways in which to help others by teaching yoga, starting a yoga school to teach others how to teach yoga, offering energetic healing to others and of course through offering flower essences to support our healing and evolution benefit many. Also supporting others as they build their bridges is important. Showing up for workshops, conferences, blessings, readings and all that others are offering is as important as showing up for ourselves.
Are you showing up for yourself so that your bridge of transformation will be there for you to cross? My guides sometimes refer to the 3-"D's" and I am pretty sure there is the 3-D pun intended! But our basis for transformation is still based on a 3-D situation and they mean for us to take this seriously. The 3-D's are Dedication, Discipline and Discernment.
Dedication means to commit ourselves to something. Once this is done, it is about staying on track. I am seeing a lot of individuals diluting their efforts lately by not staying focused on just a few powerful things. Instead, they have too many "irons in the fire" and their intentions around them are scattered and therefore ineffective. Discipline is difficult at times for everyone. It shouldn't have to be "hard" to do and it stems from our dedication. It can be as easy as remembering to repeat an affirmation on a daily basis or reminding ourselves that we will feel a lot better if we lose a pound rather than eating a piece of cake. Discipline can be one of the most gratifying character traits that we can develop. It is the truest way to transformation.
I see so many of my clients at this time in the process of Discernment. They are questioning their choice of relationship, refining their career goals, and finding their way to perfected health. Choosing the path that will bring about the highest state of awareness and ultimate transformation can require difficult decisions and challenges.
According to the Mayan Prophecies, Oct. 11, 2011 is a very important date. This is the date that humanity will accelerate once again in its evolution. The important point is that we will be accelerating at 20 times the speed that we have been accelerating since 1992. Wow. How is your bridge for this amazing period progressing??????????????????????

Love Grass used in Native American Ritual.
My inner guidance has been emphasizing letting go of old rituals and dogmas. Being careful to listen to PRESENT MOMENT (yes there is the Mary Essence - PRESENT MOMENT :) ) guidance couldn't be more important these days. Old rituals and dogmas are not necessarily working anymore. Even though you have been meditating for 20 years doesn't mean you should today. Ask first. Even if you have been a vegetarian for 20 years doesn't mean you are one today. Ask !!!! Maybe the medicine you have been taking for the last 3 years is no longer necessary, ask!
The Mary Essence BE AND BE GUIDED has helped so many of us see beyond what our box of thinking kept us in.

A Missing Piece for Gaining Prosperity
I heard someone say once that the "prosperity piece" is the most difficult part of the spiritual puzzle to get into place. Although most of my clients are experiencing a great deal more prosperity and abundance than they have in the past, there is still work to be done. And this is works guys...... use affirmations, flower essences (ABUNDANCE / MANIFESTATION (www.fleuressences.com) and JENNIFER'S PEACE (www.galacticgrace.com) (also see the fragrance sprays at www.fleuressences.com for a fragrant version of JENNIFER'S PEACE) are my essences for this) and what ever other assistance you are guided to use. The core beliefs around our finances are deeply imbedded and to make matters worse, we don't talk about them. Flower essences will magnetize in the experiences we need to help us see where we still have core beliefs related to lack and "not enoughness." They also hold the blueprints for overflowing prosperity and abundance.
Remember that experiencing prosperity yourself means that you also help someone else experience prosperity by assisting them in someway. For example buy a painting that speaks to you spiritually to support the artist.
Another piece one client recently discovered was a difficult one around judgment. He was finding himself jealous of a neighbor that was experiencing prosperity, even though the way in which the neighbor was acquiring prosperity was illegal. The learning lesson was about not going into judgment about this. His situation almost immediately shifted.
