Mary's Mentorings are kits of materials that assist in bringing about the vibrations, support and guidance so that you can master frequency shifts that facilitate portal journeys in to other dimensions. My understanding is that we are "hardwired" to experience these dimensions and just need a little guidance in getting to them. Kind of like have a locating device for portal travel!!!!!!
Mary Mentorings are meant to take very little time ---about 5 minutes per day over a month period, 2 activity periods that take about 1/2 hour over the month period and listening to the PORTAL JOURNEY CD'S 2-3 times per week.
