This is the time of year that I send out my "annual letter." We ("we means all of my non-physical guides of love and light that assist me in every moment with every step that I take !) like to share news and visions that will help you to heal and evolve at this time. What a fabulous, productive and expansive 2007-2008. It has been a year where both the gardens within and the gardens without have bloomed profusely.
Flower essences represent amazing opportunities to transcend the mundane and negative aspects of or in our lives. It is said that flower essences were first used for healing in Lemuria 500,000 years ago. Healing at that time was considered being in harmony - they did not live with "disease." (Some sources say that these individuals lived for 2000 years!) The inhabitants of this civilization were gentle, sensitive souls who truly appreciated the beauty of their environment and were content to live close to the earth. These people realized that the highest concentration of life force in a plant is found in its flowers. They used flower essences to evolve spiritually; to attain enlightenment. Gurudas in his book entitled Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing says: "Releasing the spiritual and medicinal properties stored in flowers is one of the great keys to unfolding God's Plan on the earth plane."

We have learned the value of investing in ourselves.
