Finding the Voice Within:
I have noticed a common thread in conversations that I have recently been a part of. Each has been related to the perspective of looking externally or "without." Without enough, without a relationship, without creativity, without the right president- whatever it was, it stood outside of ourselves.
It can be helpful to remember that looking "within" is a much more nourishing perspective. My divine guides say that looking "without" makes us feel "without." It does not serve us to be in a "without" thinking mode. Instead learn to cultivate an inner awareness, an inner landscape, an inner "soulscape." As your garden within begins to bloom more profusely, this inner perspective will help to manifest an outer reality that is full and complete for you.
Here are 8 ideas that will assist you in the cultivation of your inner garden of bliss and peace that ironically is much, much closer to you than anything external but that will often elude you. Pay attention to the "within" instead of the "without!"
1. Meditate to loosen the hold that typical thought patterns have on you. Through meditation, pure awareness grows and helps us to know the wisdom of looking within for answers.
2. Surround yourself with reminders to go within: quotations, meditations, contemplative activities, solitude and sometimes well chosen music will help.
3. Fall in love with the guidance that comes from within. This knowledge will be closest to your soul and following the soul's guidance is the most delicious thing that you can do for yourself.
4. Take good care of yourself (your inner temple needs to be swept now and then!)
5. Create rituals that take you within and perform them often.
6. Slow down.
7. Live with purpose.
8. learn to lean back into Creator's perfect plan for you. Surrender. Let go.
How will you know if you are making progress? The poet Rumi said -"When you do things from your soul within, you feel a river moving in you, a pure flowing joy. Rumi also said:

Hi Everyone!
The photo at the very top is Nodding Trillium. She is for awe, rapture, surrendering and letting go of resistance. Her affirmation is "I graciously allow divine will to lift me into the arms of God." You can almost see the green leaves lifting the humble pure white flowers, (with magenta flower parts!) towards the heavens. Flower Essences For Your Teeth!
I have been testing out my essence PERFECT TEETH for over 4 years now and I feel confident in saying that it is absolutely wonderful. I used to go to the dentist and have a little cavity now and then, but in the past 4 years I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY TEETH.
