Would your son or daughter enjoy a field trip to Bloomsbury Farm?
All spring and summer long, Bloomsbury Farm is open for field trips and daycare outings. Groups from around the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area LOVE coming to Bloomsbury Farm for a day full of fun and excitement! What does a field trip to Bloomsbury Farm include?
Each group that comes to Bloomsbury Farm for a field trip will get to: - Bounce on the Jumping Pillow (weather permitting)
- Feed and pet the Barnyard Buddies
- Play in the Corn Box
- Play in Western Town
- Navigate the Tire Maze
- Go for a Hayrack Ride around the Farm
- Ride on the Pedal Carts
- Play on the Tube Slide
- Listen to a short talk about Farming in the US
- Plant a flower for each child to take home
- Gemstone Mining is available for an additional $5 per bag of Gems (2 children could also split a bag)

How much does a field trip to Bloomsbury Farm Cost?
For Spring/Summer field trips, Bloomsbury Farm charges $6 per child. This includes all of the activities listed above. Teachers and chaperones are no charge during Spring and Summer field trips.
- Gemstone Mining is available for an additional $5 per bag of Gems (2 children could split a bag)
- Bloomsbury Farm can provide lunch for an additional per-plate charge. Please ask for more details.
