January 1 - December 1 Events Across State of MN
Explore Minnesota Challenge series includes more than 25 races in locations around the state of Minnesota and encourages runners and walkers to participate in eight events, including at least one in each of four different areas of the state. A special Explore Minnesota Challenge medal will be awarded to those who complete a total of 8 events including one in each of the four designated areas. MDRA is a proud sponsor of this first year series. 2012 Registration is still open.

Walk for Bladder Cancer

Bladder cancer is the fifth most commonly diagnosed cancer in the United States... Yet most people know nothing about it. Last year, more than 70,000 people in the US were diagnosed with bladder cancer and over 14,000 people died from it.
On Saturday, May 5, people across the country will be joining the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network and the Institute for Prostate and Urologic Cancers to Walk for Bladder Cancer. We are walking to raise money for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) and their programs supporting bladder cancer research and education.
We hope you will join us by making a donation, walking with us, and helping raise awareness of this disease.

Join us for the 8th annual Twin Cities Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run/Walk at Southdale Center in Edina on May 20.
Runners, walkers, and volunteers will gather to raise awareness and raise funds for colon cancer awareness and prevention. The day will include opportunities for celebration of the survivors and support for care givers and those who may have been left behind. Event begins at 8:00 a.m. with a timed 5K run followed by a Kids' Fun Run and 5K walk at 9:15 a.m. The 5K is on a certified course. More information here.

3rd Annual Randy's Run
