Lucas Oil MLRA Race at Nevada Speedway has been Postponed until July 31st

Buckner, MO (May 15th, 2010) - With heavy rain blanketing the region throughout the week and additional rain forecasted throughout the weekend, Officials with the Lucas Oil MLRA and Nevada Speedway have been left with no choice but to postpone the event scheduled for Saturday, May 15th. The race will be tentatively rescheduled for July 31st. Please continue to watch www.MLRAracing.com or www.NevadaSpeedway.net for details. The Lucas Oil MLRA will try again next weekend at Sedalia's State Fair Speedway on Friday, May 21st followed by the New Thunderhill Speedway on Saturday, May 22nd. The biggest event of the Season takes place on May 28th-29th as the Lucas Oil MLRA heads to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri for the 18th Annual DART Show-Me 100 Presented by Lucas Oil Products. The MLRA has traditionally been a part of the Diamond Nationals on Mother's Day Weekend but the 2010 season will have the MLRA at both the $30,000 to Win Show-Me 100 on Memorial Day Weekend for the first time and the $10,000 to win CMH Diamond Nationals on July 17th. The Lucas Oil MLRA (Midwest Latemodel Racing Association) sanctions regional Super Dirt Late Model touring series events in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Iowa.
