Buckner, MO (August 31st, 2009)-Officials with The O'Reilly MLRA Presented by Lucas Oil Products and the Nevada Speedway have announced that the MLRA event originally scheduled for Saturday, September 12th in Nevada, Missouri has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 17th. "There are several conflicts on the September date including The World 100 at Eldora." stated MLRA Promoter Harriett Chancellor. "We hated to make a change this close to the event but the Oct. 17th date should benefit everyone involved" This will be the final event of the 2009 racing season for both The O'Reilly MLRA and the Nevada Speedway. The O'Reilly MLRA will be in action this Saturday night, September 5th as the MLRA Super Late Models make their sole appearance of the 2009 season at The Heartland Park Topeka Dirt Track just outside of Topeka, Kansas. Pit Gates will open at 3:00 with spectator gates set to open at 5:00. Hot Laps get underway at 6:15pm with racing set to start at 7:00opm. Factory Stocks and Modifieds will also be in action.
