 iMEDIADIRECT specializes in the printing and mailing of invoices and statements as well as providing a suite of modular e-billing solutions and notifications. Their offering for GLDS customers includes a custom designed 3-Message Statement for WinCable's bill export function. This includes variable selective statement stuffers and their WebInvoice notifications and eArchive for pdf document retrieval. Since 2003, iMEDIADIRECT has been the sole provider for laser printing and mailing of statements for GLDS' customer GlobeCast WorldTV.

Ever Wonder About The Mixed Batches Button?

Ever notice the "Mixed" check box at the top of the Transaction Module - highlighted in red?
A mixed batch has both posted and unposted transactions in it. If you notice the "Mixed" at the top of the transaction module, that means you have a mixed batch. The batch just needs to be posted again to post the unposted  transactions. Please note that the unposted transactions will be reflected on the subscribers account, but they will not affect the balance until they have been posted. |
