GLDS is pleased to welcome one of our newest family members, Allegiance Communications, who has joined GLDS in a multi-year agreement for triple-play billing and provisioning solutions.

Allegiance will use WinCable to manage digital video delivery and billing for more than 60,000 subscribers across five states, and will further benefit from GLDS' ability to automate much of their service delivery infrastructure.

"WinCable offered us the tools we needed to cost-effectively manage customer service, provisioning, and billing - every aspect of the complete service delivery cycle," stated Bill Haggarty, CEO of Allegiance Communications.  "We gave GLDS a very tight timeline for a conversion and they rose to the occasion.  We've been using WinCable for a few months now and are glad we made the change."

GLDS has successfully completed the data conversion from RR Enterprises and the launch of billing and provisioning for HITS Classic, HITS QT, HITS QT+, High-speed data, VoIP, real-time credit card/ACH processing, and CableAnytime for web self-provisioning.  Allegiance will also use the GLDS Automated Response Unit (ARU) for balance inquiry, payment, outbound dialing, marketing, and work order finalization by phone.
