We're VERY happy to welcome Carl Sanders to the GLDS Technical Support family.  Carl joins us as an Account Manager and brings a solid background in new customer implementations.  With more than 5 years experience in DST Innovis/AMDOCS' Implementations department, he's helped more than 35 operators through various implementation projects.  Carl is a graduate of West Point Military Academy with a Bachelors degree in Engineering and is relocating to the Carlsbad area from Sacramento, CA. 

We're pleased to have Carl and trust he'll add a lot to an already talented Tech Support team.

GLDS is pleased to announce that MiTV has successfully completed integration between their Hospitality Business Management Center (BMC) and WinCable. This integration will allow WinCable customers to more easily provide VOD and interactive TV services to hotel guests.

MiTV's BMC allows cable operators to integrate their billing system with a hotel's Property Management System (PMS), giving them the ability to bill each guest on a real-time basis for services. Cable operators will be able to expand their market into the hospitality industry by delivering innovative services other than the standard free-to-guest programming.  "Today, hotels can offer video on demand, pay-per-view, parental control and HD programming to their hotel guests," according to Miguel Kramis, C.E.O of MiTV.  "These are all new services that generate revenue for both the property and the operator." 

The integration has been lab tested and will soon be installed at our first mutual client.
