GLDS Welcomes NuLink Digital

GLDS is pleased to welcome NuLink Digital, serving more than 18,000 subscribers in and around Newnan, GA. GLDS has successfully completed data
conversion and has launched billing and provisioning for S.A. Digital, B.T.
Interdiction, Arris VOD, VoIP, and direct
DOCSIS cable modem provisioning. NuLink has also selected
the GLDS web-based customer self-care solution, CableAnytime and Automated Response Unit (ARU) for telephone-based balance inquiry, payment, outbound
dialing, marketing, and work order finalization by phone.
"GLDS offered us what they called
'painless data conversion'," according to Bruce Jones, NuLink Director. "Compared to other conversions I've been
involved with, it really was painless.
Our GLDS team has implemented several new products for us, and has been
relentless about chasing down problems and making sure we were happy with the

for account management, and technical support.
Candidates should have LOTS of experience in the Cable TV
industry, and be expert in the use of GLDS billing and addressable products.
The catch? GLDS has a policy of NEVER hiring
current employees from our customers. It's an ethical thing with us. However,
if you know of qualified people who have recently left the employ of a GLDS
