GLDS is pleased to welcome one of its newest customers, NuLink. Based in Newnan, GA, they offer advanced triple-play services to their customers via a fiber optic network.
NuLink has launched GLDS' WinCable billing and subscriber management solution and will use it to bill and provision all services for more than 20,000 customers.
Using GLDS self-care tools like CableAnytime and ARU, and automated provision tools like SuperController with WinProv, NuLink is in a position to offer a first-rate customer experience.

| GLDS and Galaxy Automate VoIP |

Galaxy Telecom and GLDS are pleased to announce the integration of flow-through billing and provisioning for commercial and residential VoIP services. Galaxy is among a short list of telephony services providers to integrate with GLDS' Service Provisioning Gateway for Voice (SPG) and has been GLDS Lab Certified on the effort.
Integration with WinCable's Service Provisioning Gateway (SPG) allows operators to control Galaxy digital voice services directly from GLDS' WinCableŽ billing system. The integration eliminates the need for multiple disparate systems, and allows operators to manage Galaxy delivered services without additional mediation or provisioning layers.
Galaxy Telecom has been delivering best-in-class white label VoIP services to Cable Companies, ISPs, Satellite Providers and other VARs throughout North and South America for more than 7 years. "We are very excited about the relationship with GLDS and the value that a fully integrated system brings to our mutual customers," said Bruce Sanderson, President at Galaxy Telecom. "The combination of our technologies will allow operators to realize significant revenue contributions while reducing overhead with a complete end to end solution," he added.

| Managing Autopayments |
|
When running Credit Card, ACH, EFT or Draft processing, the default amount processed is the balance on the account at the time of the last cycle close for a given customer.
If that customer makes a payment between the time of cycle close, and the time you process autopayments, the payment will NOT be reflected in the amount processed, as current transactions are not included.
It's best to run your autopayments as close to cycle close as you can to avoid any customer misunderstandings, and it's very important that your CSRs know how this works, so they can pass along the information to the subscribers.
Users can set FINANCIAL RULES in System Configuration so that customers who have pending disconnect work orders are only autobilled through the date of the pending inactivate. Use this setting and you won't end up autobilling, then charging the subscriber bank account for a full month and then having to refund the difference.
