GLDS is pleased to announce a new agreement with Tullahoma
Broadband. Based in Tullahoma, TN, they offer advanced triple-play services to their customers
via Enablence's Trident7 Universal Access Platform.
Tullahoma Broadband has
launched GLDS' WinCable billing and subscriber management solution and will use
it to bill and provision all services to a market of 20,000
customers.

billing - every aspect of the complete service delivery cycle," stated Brian

| Promise to Pay Improvements |
Beginning with release 1.101.1, GLDS has been incrementally improving WinCable's Promise to Pay (P2P) functionality. The first change was the addition of the P2P field to the Cash Drawer screen. 1.102.0 adds on the ability to exclude P2P dates that are still in effect from Soft Disconnects and from Automatic Non-Pay Disconnect work order criteria. P2P columns were added in each of these areas and to related reports to display the Promise to Pay date. Last, we added a new P2P History Report that details the history of P2P usage. And best of all? These FREE enhancements are just part of our overall commitment to provide the best value of any broadband billing system available today. Upgrading SuperController Hardware
|
SuperController is licensed as a turnkey hardware/software solution. GLDS tests each SuperController hardware platform extensively to ensure consistent performance, in all environments, and for many years.
Eventually, all computer equipment ages, becomes less reliable and inevitably fails. For this reason, GLDS offers a replacement SuperController hardware platform for $3,500 (plus shipping and optional rack mount kit). This replacement platform includes up to one hour of data migration/installation assistance to make sure the upgrade goes smoothly.
Interested in buying your own hardware? Managing communications between SuperController and the systems it drives can be quite complex. Troubleshooting these installations installed on third party hardware platforms only increases this challenge. For this reason, GLDS does not support third-party SuperController platforms.
