CableAnytime Improvements
More than 50 operators have seen first hand, the value of adding CableAnytime to their customer service experience.  Customers view and pay their bill online, upgrade services, order PPV and even view call detail records if they are a voice subscriber.
Never satisfied with "good enough" GLDS is again enhancing CableAnytime, adding several new features.  Subscribers will soon be able to:
  • Pay their bill by check.
  • Order PPV events by check.
  • Sign up for credit card billing online.
  • Sign up for ACH billing online.
GLDS is committed to helping operators serve their customers more efficiently and cost-effectively.  What better way than by employing CableAnytime, an automated "CSR" that's available 24x365.
For more information about CableAnytime, or these new features, contact GLDS Sales.

Seasonal Customers

Did you know that if you check the "Seasonal" box on the subscriber information screen, that WinCable will consider the subscriber exempt when performing the "Handle Inactive Subscriber" functions? This is a useful way of reducing the number of subscribers managed during unreturned equipment charging, deposit refunds, refunds, and write-offs.
