Abraham Lincoln:  A Life
The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission of McLean County, The David Davis Mansion and Illinois Wesleyan University welcome acclaimed author Michael Burlingame, noted Lincoln scholar, to the IWU Hansen Center. Burlingame will describe his experiences researching and writing about our sixteenth president.

Lunchtime Concerts at the Courthouse
Bloomington Parks and Recreation brings it's lunchtime music series home to the McLean County Museum of History beginning Wednesday May 27. The Nostalgics kick things off with their ballroom oldies. Bring your lunch, and enjoy the middle of the middle of your work week!
Wednesdays, 11:30 - 1:00, through August 12.  
 
Twin City Tours 
Twin City Tours is a guided bus tour of over 40 Bloomington-Normal attractions including the Beer Nuts plant, Mitsubishi Motors North America, ISU, IWU, Uptown Normal and Downtown Bloomington. The two hour tour begins and ends in front of the McLean County Museum of History and the cost of the tour is $1 per person. Advanced reservations are required and can be made by contacting the Bloomington-Normal Area Convention and Visitors Bureau at 309.665.0033. The tours are conducted every Saturday from May 30th - August 29th (excluding holidays).
Parking is available in the parking deck on the corner of East and Front Street.
