Ralph HoweThis edition of our e-newsletter is late in arriving and the responsibility rests entirely on my shoulders. I was in northern California ministering for almost a week at Woodlands Assembly of God pastored by Jeff and Tammy Bills. This is a dynamic Church where the presence and power of God is tangible and the anointing is strong. This young couple are being trained by the Lord, and a few select leaders such as myself, to bring this Church into its full calling and purpose as well as to help train and equip Jeff and Tammy as a young apostolic and prophetic team.

I go with a laptop and my portable office (quite extensive actually) hoping I will find time to fulfill other obligations - such as this e-newsletter that was to go out on the 15th. But, it did not work out. Partly it was the opportunities to minister that were open to me while I was there - and partly just refusing to acknowledge and act my age. I simply can't run as hard and long as I use to.

So, here I sit on a sunny but really windy (100 kph - 70 mph) Saskatchewan afternoon writing the content for this now extremely late edition of "An Apostolic Approach".  Thanks for your patience. And, thanks to everyone who has signed up to receive these mailings. I am always amazed when people come up to me (as was the case last night at an evangelistic crusade here in my city - thanks Dorothy) and mention they appreciate receiving these twice monthly electronic newsletters.

We are beginning to receive feedback about the show from those who listen live as well as those picking it up later through the archives on our web site. I am on my way overseas to Ukraine for a 2 week ministry trip where I will be teaching on the prophetic and also ministering prophetically daily at prophetic schools, leadership events, and public worship services. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated as these are always exciting trips - but also somewhat tiring. I am gone from November 6 to the 21st and will stay in touch daily through my blogs as computer connections permit.

This Monday and Tuesday (as you receive this edition of the e-newsletter) I will be ministering in the city of Prince Albert - Monday evening at a city-wide "prophetic café" and Tuesday to a large group of former drug addicts who are on a recovery program. I will be with them all day teaching and ministering prophetically. With me at both meetings will be Bob MacDonald - an apostle and partner with me in many of the things I do here in western Canada. A great man of God with whom I am honored to minister. On Thursday we will again minister together this time in the city of Moose Jaw. Joining us will be Cecil Glover (an apostolic voice in that city) as we minister to leaders from around Life Builders Network.

My thanks to you for being a part of all that God is accomplishing through this apostolic ministry. I pray continued blessings upon you and your family and ministry. Talk with you again soon!

Your Sphere Of Influence And AnointingWe were talking about "metron " last time. "Metron" is a ministry assignment within specific territories as assigned to believers, five-fold ministers and/or churches by the Holy Spirit. These are the areas they are to operate in and "occupy until He comes."
The word "occupy" is a business term meaning "to take a greater business share or market share". So, we are called to a specific place and task and then told to minister there in our calling with the purpose of winning a greater market share or expanding the Kingdom of God in that place as we declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To do this we are given a "measure of grace".
