Greetings!
Ralph HoweAs you read this edition of our e-newsletter I will be in the terrific city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada ministering at a wonderful new church bring planted there. Kingdom Ambassador Ministries, pastored by William Dennie, is being planted properly as they lay a correct apostolic-prophetic foundation for this new work. Your prayers would be appreciated for this three day visit.

Mid-month, I will be in Woodlands, California working with Jeff Bills at the Assemblies of God Church in that city. God is speaking about a mighty youth revival there and the moving of His Spirit bringing healing to hundreds of people as He begins to move. Again, we are in the process of laying apostolic-prophetic foundations upon which to build this 'new' work for the Lord and usher in all that He has prophesied.

Month-end sees me in Prince Albert, a city in northern Saskatchewan, Canada involved in a "prophetic cafe" - something new for me. This is in conjunction with several new church plants in the city from two different Networks. Again, working at creating a proper apostolic-prophetic base upon which to build dynamic churches for the Lord.

More on these events - with some pictures - in upcoming e-newsletters. These are very exciting times to be alive as we build churches on a biblical foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ as the Chief Cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20).

In this edition of our e-newsletter you will find all the regular features. Please take a few minutes in the next day or two to read through all the great articles and have a look at our on-line store and the many new products being offered there to help you to grow and mature in the things of the Lord. As well, we have posted an audio teaching outlining the history of and implications for Halloween which is fast approaching. Plan to take 30 minutes and listen to this teaching - you may also download it free and duplicate it if you know of others who might benefit from hearing it.

As well, we have posted THE POINT radio shows on-line. Simply click here and it will link you to the page on our web site where these programs are available for you to listen to. Each one is 30 minutes in length. If you want to download them as an MP3 then we ask for a small donation to our ministry's "mission fund" which will help with Church plants in the country of Ukraine. This program is broadcast live every Sunday evening on the world-wide web at www.1005therock.ca.

Bloom Where You Are PlantedThe Sphere of Influence and Accompanying Grace

Apostles are to understand that they have a limited sphere of influence. God assigns to them a specific territory within which to function. This is a geographical area in which they are called to operate apostolically and where they have His authority and grace to minister. If an apostle wants to be effective in their ministry they must know their sphere of influence and be careful to stay within that sphere. In other words, to bloom where they are planted.

I am in Calgary ministering. Up at 3:00 a.m. after 31/2 hours sleep. I had been out teaching the night before and then home to pack and get ready. Airport by 5:00 a.m. with a long security line and then a little over an hour's flight into this great city starting at 6:00 a.m.
First event of the ministry trip - meeting with a young man called Ryan for breakfast at the Calgary International Airport. He came early to the airport just to meet with me and have breakfast together so that we could get to know one another a bit. Had met him in June at a service here in Calgary when working in an apostolic-prophetic team and God pointed him out as someone to mentor.

The book is well organized and well written (as are all R. Loren Sandford books). This book is broken into three parts - "Foundations", "Hearing God" and "Training and Placement".
