Ralph Howe Ministries An Apostolic Approach
Ralph Howe Ministries
Greetings!
Ralph HoweI want to thank you for inviting me into your home or office twice monthly. I sincerely appreciate your interest in the move of the Holy Spirit currently gripping the world-wide Church. God is reintroducing the full Five-fold ministry of Ephesians 4:11 so that the complete ministry of Jesus can be seen in and through His Bride. It is exciting. Jesus, during His earthly ministry, was the Sent One (Apostle), was a Prophet without honour in His own home town (Prophet), went about teaching (Teacher), told many about the gift of eternal life (Evangelist), and was called the Great Shepherd (Pastor). The fullness of His ministry is now being seen in the world once again.

In this edition of An Apostolic Approach you will find a prophetic insight regarding the Church today - this time focused on the world-wide Church and not just the Church in North America. This is based on a short but powerful Word that I received just this past weekend from the Lord. As well, a look at the ministries of the apostle and the prophet and the need for both offices to stay within their calling and not begin to do things they have not been called to do and thus compete with each other. Again, this short but powerful teaching is based on what I see happening currently in the Church.

As well, you will find our normal features of a quote to ponder and a review of another good book on the  current restoration of the office of apostle - the book (and many others) being available from our on-line store along with a number of other excellent products. In our May edition of this e-newsletter we will be offering a new four-part teaching series called "Moving Forward" based on a revelation the Lord gave to me in early January of this year. A penetrating Word of the Lord for this time.

In September I am planning on taking a small team of Five-fold ministers to Ukraine. We will be ministering for a week in a suburb of Kiev at a young church there and then heading, by electric train, 11 hours south of there to Kransnoarmeysk, a city in southern Ukraine. Here I will be teaching a week long school for youth training them in the prophetic. I would ask that you be praying about both these wonderful opportunities to impact young lives and if the Lord leads you - to donate financially to this two week mission trip.

Again, thanks for your interest in this ministry and I pray that this issue of our e-newsletter will be a blessing to you.

Blessings!

Ralph
Apostles versus Prophets
Apostles versus Prophets
Another recurring trend in the Church today is apostles trying to function as prophets and prophets trying to function as apostles. They do this without the anointing or call of the Lord to do so.

Apostles will have to function sometimes as prophetic voices in the Body of Christ. However, this is not to be their main focus or their real area of concern. Their main job is to advance the Kingdom of God and lay the foundations - not to be prophets or the prophetic voice of the Church.

Prophetic Insights ... By Ralph Howe
FIGHT WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN YOU FIGHT WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN YOU

The Lord has impressed upon my heart that the Church is in desperate trouble when it comes to believers knowing and living the Truth. In spite of all the great teaching that goes forth from pulpits around the world, today Christians apparently do not have a firm grasp on the basic beliefs of the true Christian faith. And, as a result, they lack discernment, often not being able to tell what is really Truth and what is simply someone's opinion or personal interpretation..

Presbyteries and Apostolic Teams

      By  John Eckhardt

Apostles versus Prophets

God is presently increasing the line of the church.  The word "line" in the Hebrew is the word QAV, meaning, a cord for measuring.  It represents a measure.  A "measure" is the extent, dimensions, or quantity of something.  The Church's line must go through the earth.  This will affect all nations and tongues. God's plan for fulfilling this word is in the presbyteries and apostolic teams.  As we develop strong presbyteries and apostolic teams, we will see an increase in our measure and reach places we could not reach before..

Apostolic Reformation: The Equipping Dimension of the ApostolicPresbyteries and Apostolic Teams
By: John Eckhardt

John Eckhardt is an apostle to the body of Christ functioning out of the Chicago area in the United States of America. He has written numerous books on a variety of topics and each one has had a measure of revelation. When reading one of his books you must be willing to tolerate the obvious and sometimes the sublime to find that nugget or two of absolute revelatory truth. It is always worth the hunt.
