Ralph Howe Ministries An Apostolic Approach
Ralph Howe Ministries
Greetings!
The HowesAs we begin a new year - The Year of the Lord 2008 (not the Year of the Rat or 2008 C.E.) my wife joins with me in wishing you only God's best and His blessing throughout His new year.

This is promising to be a great year for His Church as we follow the leading of His Spirit. It will be a year of changing priorities and a new focus - that of reaching out to the lost on a daily basis.

New foundations will be poured for existing churches to prepare them for the harvest of new disciples which will be entering the assembly of the believers as we reach out. New churches will be planted to begin the work of the harvest in areas that currently do not have a witness for the Gospel. Not just overseas but right here in North America. Annual statistics have constantly shown us that a smaller and smaller percentage of the population have heard or understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ in spite of our efforts and the electronic media. 2008 is the beginning of the turn-around as we listen to the Spirit and obey; changing our perspective, focus, and priorities so that we begin to touch our nations for the Lord one person at a time.

Thank you for being a part of Ralph Howe Ministries and our apostolic outreach to the lost here in North America (and overseas). We appreciate your interest in this ministry and your prayerful and financial support of the apostolic work that the Lord has called us to.

I believe there is a dramatic change taking place in the Kingdom. This change is coming directly from the heart of the Father. It is being revealed to His Church in a number of ways. First, we have become aware that some of the activities we have been involved in have not been producing the fruit that we thought they would. A good example of this is Bill Hybels and Willow Creek's admission that their programming and approach has not been producing mature, reproducing disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Misconceptions About The Apostolic Office
Misconception When we think about a model for the role and ministry of the apostle today - most often we think of Paul and his wonderful ministry as found in the New Testament. However, obviously he was not the only apostolic ministry in New Testament times. So, our first misconception -
  • Paul is not the standard for all apostles

Apostolic Government In The 21st CenturyThe Masters Call
By: Dennis Cramer

Sadly, the church of Jesus Christ is full of average believers.

This average believer tends to be quite sincere, a good person to be sure, yet he or she is a spiritual under-achiever. The average believer tends to be spiritually unhealthy, spiritually crippled, and most likely to be a spiritual invalid. The average believer may be loving and kind, but he ceased to be a spiritual threat long ago.
