It hasn't always been easy for women to get ahead. Years ago, the traditional business environment generally valued "masculine" skill sets over "feminine" ones. But the command-and-control days of management are over; success is about influence, persuasion, collaboration and communication, so it's no wonder that "The Feminization of Leadership"* is a real thing happening all around us (check out this slideshow). 
Despite these advances, it's still not all rainbows and butterflies (to quote Maroon 5). Many challenges remain.
Enter The Empowered Woman Success Summit coming up (the 3rd one!) May 19th & 20th. The theme is "ELEVATE YOURSELF, and is geared towards already successful women who want to get to the next level - whether that's more revenues for their business, a promotion at work, a successful career transition, or simply networking with the "right" people.
