SLI Partners with Department of Defense Real Warriors Campaign
Partnership to Combat Stigma Associated with Seeking TBI Care
Sponsored by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE), the campaign includes specialized information for warriors on the football field and the battlefield who are coping with a TBI or related psychological health concerns.
SLI encourages athletes and troops to utilize Real Warriors resources, including the web site www.realwarriors.net. The website provides information and resources for caregivers interested in TBI-related psychological health care and treatment, such as "Care and Management of Concussion."
