Anointed Body of Christ (ABC) Fitness Center's goal is to provide a fitness center to individuals, businesses, and faith-based organizations who wish to improve health, sustain well-being, and provide guidance for nutritional consciousness in an atmosphere that is friendly, comfortable, competent, and professional for the entire family. The owners, John and Tammy Wright, have a passion for fitness, and they possess over 20 years of combined experience. ABC Fitness offers a setting ideal for group training, weight & nutritional guidance, wellness education, and web cam personal training. They are firm believers in a healthy lifestyle that includes good nutrition and daily exercise to create a strong sense of well-being. John and Tammy started working with Counselor Bill Hitte at the Southern Region SBDC in mid 2007 to seek advice concerning the steps needed to transition their mobile business into a brick and mortar facility. "Bill is a wonderful asset to this community and he provided us with the guidance, resources, and honest advice to achieve our business venture."
