Best Buys added to website
    
The YouInParkCity.com group has as usual been making additions and adjustments to what is quickly being recognized as one of the best Real Estate websites in Park City, UT. Our latest addition represents our ongoing effort to supply you with valuable information about Park City realty. The new "Best Buy" button is located at the far right of the navigation bar under the flash pictures and also in the "Buyers" section of "Expert Advice". We will be updating the information of the Best Buy list weekly and listings that have been sold will come off automatically.
 
The Best Buy page of the website will be driven by not only price, but also by value. We won't recommend something that is falling down just because it is priced well. Best Buys are hand picked by us, not just a feed of all listings. 
New subdivisions added to website

   The YouInParkCity.com group is proud to present more content for Buyers and Sellers.  This project will be an ongoing endeavor due to the amount of work involved. Our site currently has a description of each neighborhood as they are broken down within the Park City MLS system. We know that in any given neighborhood there are many different feels and our intent is to now break the neighborhoods down into their individual subdivisions. So, as you look at the YouInParkCity.com website in the future, take a look and see if as you move your mouse over the Park City Neighborhood another drop-down menu appears with the subdivisions in the neighborhood.

Short Sales

While short sales are not nearly as common in Park City as in other areas of the country, they are happening here and we are prepared to help. If you or someone you know may be in need of help in selling a home that due to misfortune and the current marketplace may have more owed to the bank than its currently worth, please contact us .
