New Sales Statistics

Chart picCoinciding with the end of the first quarter, The statistical data for each neighborhood within the YouInParkCity.com
website has been updated.  We will make these updates every six months.  The data on the website will give the number of homes and condominiums that are currently available and have sold in the past six months as well as the average price and days on market.  There is also data on the high and low price points for each neighborhood.
A quick look will show that the number of units sold was down over the last 6 months and that the days on market is showing an upward trend while the number of available units is also rising.  Pricing has not been affected much, in fact the average price in many neighborhoods has actually increased.
Of course each neighborhood is different and so is each home or condominium, so contact us for further details specific to your individual needs info@YouInParkCity.com .

Ski Season Ends
ski
Sunday April 13 marked the closing day for Park City's three ski resorts.  All three resorts posted some of their best snow totals in years.  Park City Mountain Resort recorded snowfall of 417 inches for the season; given that snowfall in November was very sparse, we had nearly 100 inches per month of the ski season!!  It  is a shame to see them close while all have a base snow of well over 9 feet.  Closing day was one of the few 'bluebird" days that most of us recalled for the season, not a cloud in the sky and 40 degree temperatures; it was spring skiing at its best.

A season such as this tends to stick in the minds of our guests, we should expect strong early bookings and skier numbers as people remember the great skiing this year when planning next season.  No one wants to hear "You should have been here yesterday".

The end of the ski season also means the start of summer season.  Watch for events calendar updates coming soon to our website YouInParkCity.com.  See you at the concerts!
We hope that you enjoy our area real estate updates, please forward it to a friend.  Visit our website for more news and to search for property in the Park City area: www.YouInParkCity.com
