This parenting presentation by Kindred Hearts is packed with techniques you need to stop the arguments and back-talk, guide children to solve their problems, and discipline with empathy and logical conclusions.
Kindred Hearts will provide practical tools and techniques that help adults achieve respectful, healthy relationships with their children and help them prepare their kids for the real world. You will leave with specific strategies to begin using immediately.
Kindred Hearts is a pediatrician-teacher duo, Dr. Karen Arrett and Heather Casella. They are experienced with the Love & Logic philosophy which is dedicated to making parenting and teaching fun and rewarding instead of stressful and chaotic.

United Way of Southwest Minnesota recently reviewed and revised its Goals for the Common Good to target important community issues. Specific emphasis will be given to issues of reducing hunger and increasing safety and well-being.
