Wednesday, Nov 16 is Give to the Max Day

Want to create some smiles like these?  For 24 hours on November 16 you can give a special donation (you choose the amount and local priority) and you will make a real difference in local people's lives.  During this event you might even be the one who is randomly chosen each hour to have $1,000 added to their donation.

In addition, all donations given to United Way of Southwest Minnesota through GiveMN.org today will be matched by an anonymous local donor up to a total of $2,000.  This is a chance to double your impact.  If you were considering making a donation to United Way of Southwest Minnesota, please do it today!  What a way to create some smiles!

Wine Tasting Benefit - Friday, Nov. 18 (6 - 8 PM) Ramada Inn, Marshall 

Join your friends, learn more about new types of wine and benefit the community at the same time.  This popular annual event will be held at the Ramada Inn, 1500 E College Dr, Marshall.  Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased in advance at Marshall Municipal Liquor, Valley Discount Liquor, Shay's Restaurant, Ramada Inn, HyVee Food Store, the United Way office.  Tickets will also be available at the door.  There will be a silent auction.
