Greetings! |
Thank you for your year-round commitment and support. Together, we're advancing the common good and positively influencing the condition of all. Just look at all you do:
* You put books into the hands of young children and build a lifelong love of literacy.
* You provide nutritious food for hungry children and families who need it.
* You bring back $788,000 each year into the local economy by sponsoring volunteer tax clinics.
* You help youth, families and individuals adjust to loss and difficult situations.
* You provide safety and security for innocent victims of violence.
* You teach positive parenting skills and build stronger families.
These examples and much more are made possible through donations to the United Way of Southwest MN annual fund-raising campaign. Thank you for helping us to help others. |

A child's ability to hear distinct sounds within words is critical to the process of learning to read. Rhyming books that are part of the Imagination Library program will be read and interactive activities that are based upon rhymes will be conducted. The event is free.
